1. General

While we strive for accurate colour representation, variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Images reflect the product as closely as possible, but minor differences may exist.

Stock availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in THB unless stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing at any time without prior notice and reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors.

4. Orders & Payment

Customers confirm payment details are accurate and agree to all charges. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Transactions are securely processed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Tern, including logos, images, product designs, and text is the property of Tern and and may not be used without permission.

6. Fair Use & Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to product purchase value. Orders may be refused in cases of misuse or fraud.

7. Privacy

We collect data only for order processing, customer support and service improvement. We do not sell personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
