Return Policy
At Tern, every piece is designed to stay with you for years, not just moments. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right, thoughtfully and fairly.
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item was not marked as final sale
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return & Refund
To initiate a return:
- Email us at ternbrand.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Once received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Damaged or Defective Items policy. A replacement may be arranged subject to inspection and eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
